4. Provide international educational activities in accordance with international standards in all Arab countries.
5. Set partnerships with top ten universities at the international level.
6. Hold global conferences on education and issues related to international standards in cooperation with our partners in the United States and European Union.

7. Review agreements and protocols that Arab universities and educational institutions would like to conclude with international universities and educational institutions as well as provide international assessment for them.
8. Access international information systems and automation of educational and academic institutions in a manner consistent with their capacities and capabilities while continuously develop them and raise the level of human and institutional efficiency.
9. Execute feasibility studies, equipped with successful experiences from international education that are in line with Arab environment, on basic and university education sectors in Arab countries.

10. Give international grants for basic and university education and for trainees through partnerships with international donor institutions.
